This is a two part question.
The first movie / episode from a series is as follow;

*A man is killing girls and dress them up and he take them to a campsite where he sits with them, and talk with them and take pictures of it to give to another man. The man live with his mother and at the end he gets angry with her and kill his mother too. The man is a big guy, but I can't remember who he is.

*The only thing I remember is that a woman who sits in a lobby of a hotel and smoking a pipe, and we see this scene several times during the movie/episode. The woman is always laughing when the camera pass her by.

Hope anyone can remember what movies/series these are

No, it's not that one. I've done some thinking and I'm leaning toward a TV-series, it might be Millennium, but I'm not sure. It also could be a movie as I said. Damn, it's frustrating to know the plot, but not remember if it was a movie or series...
