One of the truly Great has gone:

Nelson Mandela
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

One of my favorite actresses is Charlize Theron. I remember being touched by her endearing account of her admiration of him, in an interview a couple of years ago.

Yes, totally agree.  A real life hero and an enduring inspiration to millions.
Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it?  Guttermouth "Lemon Water".  Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally.  So I'm an anarchist, deal with it.  Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted...

Both base on his use of sport, the overviews.
Invictus
What does Nelson Mandela do after becoming president of a divided South Africa? He looks for hope of national unity and finds it in an unlikely place: the rugby field. Clint Eastwood directs an uplifting film about a team and a people inspired to greatness. Morgan Freeman is Mandela, who asks the national rugby team captain (Matt Damon) and his squad to do the impossible and win the World Cup. Prepare to be moved - and thrilled.

Film 03
The 15th Man
The true story behind the Oscar-nominated film, Invictus. following the fall of apartheid, Nelson Mandela used sport to achieve national unity, rallying all South Africans around the country's Springbok team during the 1995 Rugby World Championships. Oscar-winner Morgan Freeman (Million Dollar Baby) and director Clifford Bestall tell the inspirational story of the emotional moment when two nations became one.
