| Posted: | | | | Phoenix Coyotes fall to Buffalo Sabres on bizarre overtime goal. Our hockey team lost by a butt. In a melee in front of the net, the puck balanced up in the air and fell into back of his pants. Everybody was looking for the puck. When he backed into the net the puck fell out. The referee called it goal for Buffalo Sabres. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. Ineptocracy, You got to love it. | Posted: | | | | Sabres fans lost a chance to vie for the Stanley Cup when the referee allowed Brett Hull's "no goal".
We'll take a win this year any way we can get it! |

| Posted: | | | | *watches the video* The "butt goal?" Really? They should at least name it after the guy that hit the puck last that set the events in motion. Maybe the Pysyk Sneak Play | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.
He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk. |

| Posted: | | | | I know little, if anything, about ice hockey but can I take it that the goal was legal under the Laws of the Game, and was not an incorrect decision by the referee? Certainly, the puck did indeed cross the goal line but it could be argued that it was being "carried" by the keeper who may have been "pushed" into the net (I'm thinking of rule 69). | | | Chris | | | Last edited: by Mole |

| Posted: | | | | By the rules the ref should have stopped play and had a face off when the puck disappeared. The ref screwed up. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own.
