| Posted: | | | | hi,
today i started to store my own links to their profiles. but it god a problem.
after start dvd profiler it use round 250mb ram. after edit 10 - 15 profiles (my own links) dvd profiler use round 900 mb ram and crashed without any response.
i think it is a problem with internal browser for searching links. it looks like memory leak on it. this effect is only on this part of dvd profiler.
can anyone check and confirm this.
thx emmeli

| Posted: | | | | Quoting emmeli: Quote: the forum is called "Desktop Technical Support". there is no support here? This is a Forum, primarily staffed and used by customers. Invelos staff often participates, moreso in some threads than others. It is helpful to have a place where users can help each other out. But when it is beyond the scope of what users can do, you always have the option to open an official request for support via a "ticket." Spending your time sniping at folks gets you nowhere. You were given good advice. I suggest you take it. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! Perhaps not, but you would be surprised how many problems that do not look like database problems, and yet get fixed by a database repair. So this is a standard suggestion. Any problem - try a database repair. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar | | | Last edited: by GSyren |

i use the "Support Button" now. Surely you can't assume that nobody around here edits 10-15 profiles. I have one plugin that updates hundreds of profiles, and another that can import hundreds of links, without crashing DVDP - at least not yet reported. You have nothing to loose by trying a database repair, right? | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!!
