| Posted: | | | | Good Day, I recently put quite a bit of work into updating my collections. Now it seems as if the "exclusions" I set are being ignored. I was hoping to get more use out of the movie pick feature so I carefully set the exclusions for a large portion of my collection(TV series, extra discs, ect.) Unfortunately, the movie pick still is displaying these discs.
Also, the Android app version of DVD profiler is still displaying all the titles I set to have excluded.
Though, it appears that exclusions from online listing is working.
I searched the forums and did not find an answer but please direct me if I have missed it.
Thanks. |

| Posted: | | | | Am I really the only one experiencing this issue? I open movie pick, and disc 2 of some TV show comes up as a selection. I have verified that the discs are excluded from movie pick. |

| Posted: | | | | I don't use movie pick. But the exclusion in the online list and after synchronizing to both iPad and Android phone are working fine for me.
Next time you encouter it, can you make a screenshot of the movie pick as well as the personalize screen? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the response. I took a couple screen shots, one of the movie pick with disc 4 of a TV series season offered as a selection, another of that same disc showing the exclusion box checked. |

| Posted: | | | | I also confirmed with a fresh update onto an Android Tablet that excluded items are being listed there as well. I have an entire listing of digital content that I wanted to track, but not have on my phone so that I could easily check what physical discs I have when shopping. No screen shots this time, but I confirmed that every item has the "Exclude from DVD Profiler for iPhone/Android" option checked. |

| Posted: | | | | Well that one is working for me just fine, both on an iPad and an Android phone.
Have you tried Database repair in the Options? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

As the current version: Version: 3.9.1 (Build 1657) Released: April 24, 2015 was released some time ago, is there any info as to when the next release will be? Also, is it all the exclusions or just the Movie Pick that is effected by the current issue? Thanks again for letting us know. |

| Posted: | | | | Just to confirm, I am still seeing the category "Digital" on my Android phone despite the entire category having the exclusion set. |
