"On March 7, 1955, NBC presented Peter Pan live as part of Producers' Showcase (with nearly all of the show's original cast) as the first full-length Broadway production on color TV."

And then there were at least two commemorative Les Misérables TV performances, where the story was sung with limited staging, and an international mix of performers. Not sure if this belongs on your list or not. | | | Thanks for your support.
