Unable to Restore from Backup

Trying to restore my file from a local backup.  The restore starts but then I get this message: 
The following error occurred during the restore:  Invalid argument to date encode. 
I have multiple backups over the past few months but each attempt returns the same error message. 

Is there a fix for this?

BTW submitted multiple "tickets" to Invelos on this but it no reply.  Have they stopped providing tech support?

For the future, you should always run a database repair before backing up. I wish I could help you with the current problem, but alas, I can not.
